Paramedics Urging Drivers to Proceed With Caution
November 12, 2003 - Superior North Emergency Medical Services is urging caution for all drivers as road conditions are cause for increased awareness. The damp snowfall has made for treacherous driving conditions. By mid-afternoon paramedics have responded to seven motor vehicle collisions.Paramedics have responded to motor vehicle collisions at:
- Court St and Fort Wiliam Road;
Two people treated and transported with non life-threatening injuries
- Hwy 61 at Boundary Road;
One person treated and transported with non life-threatening injuries
- Hwy 11/17 and Harbour Exp;
One person treated and transported with non life-threatening injuries
- Waverly Street
One person treated and transported with non life-threatening injuries after being struck by a vehicle
- Hwy 61 near Mt Forest Blvd
Three vehicle head-on collision. One person treated and transported with non life-threatening injuries
- Alloy St and Balmoral St
One person treated and tansported with non life-threatening injuries
- Hwy 11/17 (Arthur St near City Limit)
One person treated and tansported with non life-threatening injuries
