Medical Control

Ontario paramedics perform medical acts under the Medical License of a physician known as a Base Hospital Physician.  These doctors function under the auspices of the Thunder Bay Regional Hospital Base Hospital.  In turn, each small community in the district is under an Affiliate Base Hospital program with involvement of their local physicians.
